Modern Exterior Remodel
A contemporary exterior remodel — vertical wood siding on a new garage and entry wing, black-framed windows, and a back yard graded and prepped for landscape integration. Built to read modern while playing nicely with the existing brick and lot.
The owners wanted a contemporary front facade that didn’t fight with the existing brick. We worked through a wing addition with vertical wood siding, replaced the windows with black-framed units that match the new aesthetic, and graded the back yard so the future landscape would tie cleanly into the rebuild.
What we did
- New wing with vertical wood siding, returns mitered tight at the corners
- Black-framed windows throughout the rebuild
- Tyvek weather barrier on the existing wing for staged exterior swap-out
- Back yard regraded, drainage corrected, prepped for landscape install
- Existing brick base preserved and tied cleanly into the new exterior
Notes
Exterior work like this happens in stages — the wing and siding land first, the windows get replaced, then the back yard gets the finish grade. We post mid-build images so homeowners can see what the in-between weeks look like.
