The Process

Calm, communicative,
on schedule.

Step 01

Discovery

Free on-site visit, scope conversation, fixed-price proposal — usually within the week.

Step 02

Design & Estimate

Detailed design, fixed-price proposal, transparent allowances.

Step 03

Build

Weekly walkthroughs and same-day response to questions, no surprises.

Step 04

Handover

Walkthrough, punch list, final sign-off. We stand behind our work.

How estimates work

Every project gets
a real walkthrough.

We don't publish set prices because every home is different. An honest quote starts with us walking your space — and giving you a fixed-price proposal after the design phase. No online calculator can capture the structural details that drive cost.

Step 01

Discovery call

A 20-minute call to understand what you're thinking, your timeline, your range. Free, no pressure.

Step 02

Free on-site visit

We come to you, walk the space, take measurements, and ask the questions other contractors miss. Usually within the week.

Step 03

Written proposal

3–5 business days later, a detailed scope and fixed-price proposal — itemized, transparent, no allowances larger than they need to be.

See real work, in person

Want to see a project
in progress?

The best way to know how a contractor works is to see them on a job site mid-build. Tell us your neighborhood and what you're considering — if we have an active project nearby, we'll arrange a site visit so you can see the dust containment, the crew, the daily rhythm, and ask the team anything in person.

If we don't have an active project nearby, we'll keep your note and reach out when we do. No pressure to hire.

Worth opening.

A short note when we publish a new cost guide, finish a project worth showing, or learn something on a job site we'd want to know if the roles were reversed. No sales emails.
